—100% TO FAMILIES IN NEED—
Founded in response to the destruction of the Woolsey Fire in November, 2018, LV Fire Relief raises money and collects goods and resources for families who lost their homes or have been displaced long-term by severe damage to their homes. Nearly one hundred LVUSD families have lost their homes and many have severely damaged homes. Additionally, we'll be donating small gifts of gratitude to the fearless firefighters, law enforcement, and medical personnel and volunteers who worked tirelessly to help protect our communities.
Donations are processed with support of the Southeast Ventura YMCA, and are tax-deductible. YMCA will not be taking any portion of the proceeds so that the donations are maximized for fire victims.
LV Fire Relief is a community effort by local parents, staff, students, and business owners, and is not affiliated with the Las Virgenes Unified School District.
